About the Peer Review and Publication Processes
    • Your papers must be prepared with high quality to be included in the publication.
    • The abstract and full text of your papers must be uploaded to the ICAIAME 2025 database via the CONFMAP system.
    • Abstract submissions will be evaluated by field editors for their relevance to the conference topics. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Book after the presentations are completed.
    • The acceptance or rejection status of abstract submissions will be communicated to the authors by the specified date. Authors who have paid the conference participation fee will be able to download the official acceptance letter via the CONFMAP system.
    • If your abstract is accepted, full-text papers will be directed to the Springer Series or peer-reviewed journals after undergoing at least two independent peer reviews (acceptance, rejection, or revision) and evaluation by field editors. The publication conditions of the journals will apply to papers directed to peer-reviewed journals.
    • Your papers will be evaluated through a single-blind peer review process. This means that the reviewers will not see the author(s)’ identities. Full-text papers uploaded to the ICAIAME 2025 database will be sent to reviewers shortly. Once a paper is sent to reviewers, no changes can be made. Therefore, the final version of the paper must be uploaded to the ICAIAME 2025 database.
    • Any improvements or revisions requested by the reviewers must be completed within the specified time. If the requested revisions and improvements are not made, the full-text papers will not be accepted.
    • After the evaluations are completed, authors will be able to view the reviewer reports. The next step is the plagiarism check. All accepted papers will be included in the conference program and abstract book.
    • Your full-text papers will be sent to reviewers for re-evaluation based on the scope and quality criteria of the journals. The final decision on acceptance or rejection will be made by the editors according to the publication conditions of the journals.
