- You can complete your registration online via the CONFMAP system.
- Individuals submitting papers are required to register for the conference.
- After registering for the conference, you can make your payment in cash or by credit card. For cash payments, you must upload your receipt to the CONFMAP system.
- Registration fees include VAT. If you provide your invoice details via the CONFMAP system, your invoice will be issued promptly. Invoices can be issued in the name of your university or institution upon request.
- Participation certificates will only be issued to registered participants who present their papers.
- Those wishing to attend as “LISTENERS” must register and pay a participation fee of 75€. LISTENERS can benefit from the services included in the participation fee.
